- Liquid/Gas Separators
- This family of separators employs Burgess-Manning’s proprietary serpentine vane mist eliminators, designed to remove entrained liquid droplets from gas, steam, or air. Liquid loading in the gas should be 10% or less. Designs are available for both slugging and non-slugging applications, and where mist is constantly present, will serve to remove entrained solid particles that can be drained along with the captured liquids.
- Gas/Liquid/Solid Separators
- This family of separators employ Burgess-Manning’s proprietary centrifugal cyclone internals, designed to remove solid and liquid contaminants from gas, steam, or air. Liquid loading in the gas should be 10% or less. Can remove solids from dry gas. Designs are available for both slugging and non-slugging applications.
- Filter-Separators and Coalescers
- This family of separators employs Burgess-Manning’s single- (Model 3500) or two-stage separation to remove liquid droplets and solid particles from gas, steam, or air. Liquid loading in the gas should be 10% or less. Designs are generally used in non-slugging applications, and can operate in dry or wet process conditions.
